Message	relay. It's actually very elusive the first time you're looking for it. It's actually not very close to the floor, it's higher up. If you start at about the center of the driver-side floor, then look up and beyond the brake pedal, you'll see the flasher relay attached to a bracket. It's a little difficult to position yourself under there and reach up there unless you're very small lol, but it's not impossible. I think the hardest part is locating it, and the FSM is not very helpful, trust me.
